I was received a quote from Mike which is willing to charge me for $99/1000 square feet of carpet. We were agreed to clean my whole house which has around 1700 square feet of carpet for $198.
The technicians(Dennis and Bob) showed up 1.5 hours late, perform a rapid carpet cleaning job with only water. They finished the job after an hour. The stains and dirt were left on the carpet.
When we asked them, they replied in a rude tone "we only washed the carpet, we are not vacuumer".
What is the point to provide a carpet cleaning service if all the dirt are left behind?
i would never never recommend anyone to work with this company. Their technicians are rude and unprofessional. This is the type of business create a headache for the end user. Unless, those technicians Dennis and Bob get some work ethic and manner training.
