I have bought a Carrier air conditioner (Gen X Range, window, 1.5 ton) for M/S The Climate Makers, Hazratganj, Lucknow in the month of August 2006 and I stay in Jagdishpur, dist Sultanpur 80 Kms from Lucknow, it had not been mentioned that I would not be provided the regular servicing as well as the servicing in case of a problem with the appliance when it is bought from any place other than Lucknow. Now on calling them for my regular servicing the people at M/S The Climate makers keep repeating the same thing that the servicing would not be provided and I would like to ask the concerened person/people as to why would i prefer to buy an air conditioner when servicing would not be provided to me, common sense says that a person would not buy an appliance or for that matter any appliance which will not be repaired in case of a problem, i repeat again and again that i was not informed about this unavailability of servicing and i now feel cheated for not being properly advised, i also feel that the sales person was more interested in making a sale rather than thinking of minimum business ethics. I request the concerned person to take proper action in this matter and do the needful to avoid my hard earned money from going down the drain.
