Dr Harvey Carter has bad people skills and is completely unprofessional. He talked outside of the exam room I was waiting in for half an hour about nothing, and I had to wait 1.5 hours for him to come in. He then got a call on his cell and actually answered it and talked for 15 minutes in front of me. It was despicable. He called with test results and blabbed for 10 minutes, making me think I had something terrible, when it was nothing. Now I'm trying to get an emergency apt and it's impossible. I'm never going to visit Carter Laser Center again in my life.
