I Took my Car in for a service. Cartime checked the brakes and put back the wheels. 140 km further the left front wheel came off.
Three of the nuts was found on the place where the whole wheel came off! The other three wheels's nuts was so tight. It was clear that the front wheel nuts was tightened properly. The wheel damaged the car's body and our planned holiday (Dec 10) had to be cancelled. I contacted Cartime and the manager asked me to bring in the car for inspection. I had to drove 140km to Bloem and when I came there, I was asked to come back 6 hours later to see the owner. When I came there, the owner wasn't there. The manager refused to speak to me. Complaints to the Franchicee holder had no results. I consider this poor service.
