We were billed for a service we never signed up for. When we placed a call asking to cancel and what was going on we were told that we had sign up for this service on-line and that it would take 60 - 90 days to get this off. This is the second time this has happened. Why is my ATT bill including this? This is truely a scam. If we signed up for some service shouldn't we have an e-mail, invoice, phone number, something to verify this? What a scam. Good-bye ATT. You loose.
