I Applied for and paid all permits for four wells in the Upper Kittias County, Washington State.
After drilling said well The State Department of Ecology placed a moritorum on all building.
When I asked them how I could move forward . The answer from the head of the DOE was.
You need to purchase a Water Right for each well from Cascadin Resorts.
When I recived the paper work from Cascadia The cost of a water right had increased some 200%
Not only that, but where One Water Rights should have been more than enough to cover the required amount of water usage. They are requining that I buy a Water Right for each well.
Here's the problem.
One, The Department of Ecology created this situation, knowing full well that the only company in a position to meet the need was Casicida Resorts. Thus creating a monoply.
Two, Why would the Doe allow me to drill wells. When they knew that they were not going to allow me to use them.
