This was my first order from them and am pleased with the service. Item shipped promptly and was well packaged. They responded quickly to my email that I sent them as there was some confusion about a tracking number (I received two for the same order and thought perhaps it had been split but that was not the case and they got back to me with which was the proper tracking number.)

Agree with another that their selection is a bit limited. But prices for what they have are good and shipping is not exorbitant like some others. I have placed a second order and will let you know how it goes.

Updating - experience with my second order also fine. Did have to contact again regarding whether order shipped which is result of my having to use USPS in my current location. They responded quickly, on a Sunday. Wouldn't hesistate to use them again.

Thinking about checking if they can obtain an item I don't see currently listed.
