I have taken a personal loan under A/C NO. 94012700388950041 DT. 16.01.2007. I have been paying the EMI regularly as on date. But on 25.02.2008, an interest of Rs. 674.16 is charged unfairly and this amount since I refused to pay, for obvious reasons, this amount has enlarged to Rs. 5, 300/- . I have brought to the notice of customer care several times and also written various letters but of no use. Further, I submit that I pay Rs.6000/- whereas Iam supposed to pay only Rs.5, 850/- or so as per your amortization schedule. As the loan period is nearing to end, I request that my account be regularised by giving due credit immediately to enable me to maintain healthy relationship with you in near future.
