I was out of town visiting family for a month and had just been paying off my credit card balance. Two days ago I got home started going through my account and discovered a couple of charges to my account that I had not authorized. When I called to cancel my account I was helped by a customer service rep. named Mikey, who tried to offer me several more "deals" before finally agreeing to cancel my account. After hanging up I went to my previous statement and found more charges. I called again, got the same service rep., ask for a supervisor and was told that he was the only one there. I demanded a refund, but could only get it for the most recent months charges. I want to know how this company got my credit card information and what I can do to keep anyone else, offering me "reward", from getting my information!!
