Somehow when I was on a Payday loan site, this place got a hold of my checking account information and started taking money out of my checking account. When I called and asked them why they were doing this they tried to tell me that I signed up for auto rewards.. I proceeded to tell this person that my car had been broken down for months, why would I apply for this? Then he tried to tell me that I had spoken to someone on the phone, I assured him that I had NOT. Then he tries to tell me yet another lie, that I should've received a package in the mail. No package was ever received because of course I never applied for this service. I have since filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and with the Attorney General. I have looked at reports from others on this same company and found I'm not the only one. I'm still trying to get a hold of my bank to see what we can do if they try to take more money out. I hope no one else runs across this problem.
