I have purchase an idea from this company, and didn't recieve the kit, so i send them an email stating that I wanted to cancel got no response from them, and they continue to take the money out of my bank account without my consent and bounced my rent check which put in in abide with paying my other bills. I spoke to someone today about the $57.61 that they took out of my account and they said i have to go on the web, but I can't find the site to get my refund, could you please help me in getting my refund return to my account. I have nothing that belongs to them so therefore it's illegal for them to take money out of my account
