Signed up for Pinnacle Home Alarm System Instillation in April 2007. Service is provided by Castle Rock Security until September 2010. Requested cancellation August 2010, 3yr 3 months after installation. However the contract they have apparently says that they are allowed to continue charging my credit card monthly for the full year (April 2010 through April 2011) or automated 1 year renewal each anniversary date. This is obviously wrong, bad business, and criminal! I read this contract and I did not see a clause that this is the case at all (obligated annually to a full year service ). What are my options?
