The manager simply DOES NOT backup his policy of honoring the lowest price quote. He will state that your quote is unsubstantiated and that his price is lowest. ALSO, anything you buy there is considered a SPECIAL ORDER, which you will not be told; and NO REFUNDS are issued on special orders! So THINK VERY HARD before you buy there. They will lie and say they will uphold their policy stated on the receipt but do not. I was forced to go to small claims to try reclaiming my $2250. deposit when the manager, Jack, refused to honor a quote. I LOST OVER $600 in court to that"businessman". He should be out of business. Promises by the saleswoman, Christine, were also untrue. They SCAM! STAY AWAY!
