Catherine W. Real P.A.on May 01, 2010, asked our firm to prepare a case summary for a previous investigation that we had performed on behalf of an individual client. They requested additional reports and video services which we provided at a discounted rate, we hand delivered the information in 24 hrs. Catherine W. Real P.A. requested an additional copy for the lawyer representing the other client. We did so at no additional cost as a sign of good faith. When the original invoice had become 30 days past due we sent out a reminder letter, and then again at 60 days, and 90 days. We then attempted to speak to Catherine W. Real and Robert Diaz the firm's bookkeeper. Mr.Diaz would hang up the phone every time.Mrs.Catherine W. Real would not even get on the phone.It is a shame that Catherine W. Real P.A. practices business in this manner. I would recommend that anyone that wish to do business with Catherine W. Real P.A. get payed CASH, in advance of any services provided.
