A letter from Cathy Stewart, Chief Financial Officer of Publishers Clearing House, states I won 3rd place ($1M) of a $15M Grand Prize sponsored by Martha Stewart Licing Magazine and advises me to call Mr. Larry Wiseman at 1-888-623-2146 ex #1. The letter includes a HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL security code with the following message: "It is obligated by U.S. Federal law that your Security code and Prize information are kepy highly confidential for safety and security reasons. The Internal Recenue agent handling your file is Mr. Arthur Pierce, he may be contacted at 1-(514)-699-7477." A check for $5, 340.00 drawn on the "Whitney National Bank" in Metairie, LA is included with instructions not to cash until contating the representative. The check also provides a P.O. Box for "Elsworth, Leblanc & Elsworth" also of Metairie, LA. These folks are preying on an 87 year-old woman who knows a bunch of BS when she sees it. Find them and put them in jail.
