We signed up for Cavalier telephone/Internet for our new office. The service stunk, was out more than it was working, and we had a 90-day satisfaction guarantee which the company now does not want to honor. For your own sanity and protection DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

They do not offer a unique service. Get your telecomm service thru AT&T or Comcast, real companies which have their OWN utilities and do not need to piggyback off another carrier! Why pay a middle man (Cavalier) for a service your can get for less money and more satisfaction thru a reputable carrier?!?!

Cavalier will entice you with their "cutting edge technology" (which is actually antequated T1 service), then they will threaten you, send you to collections, anything to get money out of you, all for a product they will not guarantee or deliver. Be forewarned!
