I bought a number of things from them and was disgusted with their service. They could not provide one item I paid for and asked me to choose something else. I chose two items which amounted to the same price as the one item they could not provide. Only got one item sent to me which less then half the price of what I paid for. When I asked for a refund for the item they did not send, they requested my bank statement to reconcile their accounts when just looking at the tracking order they could have easily figured out their mistake. I used paypal to pay so that is not the end of this matter. The customer support is hopeless. They have no idea of what they are doing and are happy to tell you anything just to get rid of you during the live chat. I've noticed they don't take my calls anymore. They promise a 10% discount when you fill in their feedback forms but they are very clever you never get the code to get the discount. It is such a pity because they have a such well designed web page and the products are not bad. I personally will never shop there again and for anyone choosing to just be aware.
