I have signed up for 24/7 Live Tech Support (888) 643-2070 last year on 13.9.2009, but I find it not useful therefore did not want to renew it this year. But it was charged automatically into my creditcard without my approval and knowledge till I received my creditcard bill this month (Oct). Kindly help to remove my creditcard deduction in the future.
