Do NOT trust James Antonic or any company he is associated with. He swindled me on the sale of his home, not disclosing structural defects until after the sale and then 3 years later when I was selling it in distress, slapping a lien on it the day before the closing for $20k! He knew I could not afford the time to dispute it. All this from a close family friend since I was a child. People told me not to trust him and his wife Irene Antonic, but I would not listen.

Him and his wife are really the most left-handed, devious and deceptive people I have ever met.

As for CBS Homes which is his latest con job, I won't go into details about how he (probably illegally) sold shares to my mother in CBS Homes and then created new individual state entities, CBS Homes Florida, CBS Homes Alabama, etc. and put all of the equity into them. This left all but some select original investors with shares of an empty shell with no equity in the new state entities.
