Dear Sir / Mam, My card No.:4339 4854 1365 7039 have got ur card on 03-08 but have started using frm August (may be) i used make my payment on or befor my Due dt for every month but suddenly frm Last Couple of Month im facing a poblem like - Droping a Cheque in a Drop Box(as provided by ur location) 5 days before of my due date, but after my due date im getting calls frm ur collection people saying that havnt recvd my payment & also Late Fee has been charged (rs:600) where it is not Fair frm bank end, as customer saying that have dropd chaeque 5 day before so where is my CHEQUE goes, if some one misues my cheque what will happen. By Yesterday i have called ur customer support # 044 6000 4444 I have explained all my issues but the people in CC not accpting anything have reqtd them to Reverse or Chargeback the late fee but nt accpting i have infrmd them to cross check my past records not even ones i have faced these problem . Im using multiple Credit cards but no where i got these kind of response .Spoke to CCO & TL both the people not responding to be properly, i have enq abt Cancelng Credit Crd to ur CCO (Ms:Reni) TL(Ms:Shaita) she saying the process.AT FIRST CCO SHOULD TRY TO SAVE OR RETAIN THE CUSTOMER BUT THEY HAVENT. I WANT REVERSAL COZ ITS NO WERE MY FAULT .EXPECTING positive Feedback.
