I Placed an order for the free trail offer for Acai Pure and I’m like many others who are in a battle with the company for refund.
The following month after the trail offer, I got another bottle of monthly supply which I have never ordered for $64.90. I retuned the 2nd bottle via USPS with delivery conformation on Aug. 14th 2009. In Oct., since I haven’t seen the credit on my credit card statement, I called them and requested for refund. They apologized and said they would issue the credit ASAP. On Nov. 30th, I called again for refund, they again apologized & promised that I should see the credit in 2 weeks. Today is Jan. 25th 2010, I still haven’t seen a penny back from them yet, so I called again and spoke to a supervisor named “Manny”, he told me that they don’t have the money for refund, all their money is in the foreign Bank, the process of being credited would take 3 months. So just set back & wait. Now, shell I believe him? Or I should take that as “yes, you are screwed by us”!
