On December 13, 2008 I was ordering information on goverment grants for a cost of $ 1.95 . after giving my debit account number and information a free 7 day trial offer pops up, and once i began to apply for it, I saw that it was for a fee and began removing my information out of the windows and I then close the window. once i closed the window a prompt pops up and says thank you for your order and i thought for a moment what order, I did not agree to any terms or conditions. this site had my personal information from my previous order of 1.95 and then debited my account for an additional 69.95 for a 7 day free trial offer that i was never aware of, never used or accessed. on Tuesday December 23, I noticed the deduction from my debit account for the amount of 69.95 and immediatly called a telephone number posted next to the debitor source and canciled this so called offer for a full refund. after a week I saw that a refund was not credited to my account, I called again Monday morning December 29, and was told i will not be refunded 69.95 because i agreed to the terms and conditions, which i never did..and later on monday afternoon i receive a CD in the mail called The Grant Professer, which i haven't veiwed as of yet, I want Grant University to refund to me the 69.95 that was taken from me in this internet scam. I also wonder how many others have been scamed like this as well.
