I made an online order for the lip plumper product from this company. I was apparently enrolled in some "club, " as a member of which I would automatically receive periodic shipments of product and automatic charges to my credit card.
I contacted the company by phone and spoke to a representative named Maria. I asked her to give me the protocol for shipping the product back to the company at their expense, as I did not order the automatic shipment. She told me that it will have to be at my expense.
I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told there was no one else I could talk to; that she had already given me the address to which to return the product.
Even more aggravating: the product is an expensive lip gloss, and nothing else.
