I am writing to advise everyone not to do business with the above company as they are totally a rip off! While I have no complaints regarding the product I ordered on previous occasions, this complaint addresses an unauthorized charge from my bank account debit card in December 2009, and to date, have not received the refund of my monies to my bank account. I have provided documentation to the company proving that the credit was never made to the account on January 12, 2010, as I was told; but I have still been advised that I need to take this matter up with my attorney. And believe me, I certainly will be doing just that, as they have caused my bank account to overdraft and I have incurred fees, and now I still have to settle with the bank to avoid ruining my credit, for non collection from me! I am also reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau! So, I guess this is how they make their profits off of innocent consumers!!! DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM!!! I DID NOT, THEY SENT PRODUCTS THAT I DID NOT ORDER OR AUTHORIZE AND HAS NOW REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONIES!!! And, by the way, it's to the tune of $99.99!!!
