Almost exactly 12 months ago I purchased the above product - a High Definition Digital Set Top Box - and six months later the remote control quit.

The Company supplying would not replace it and I had to purchase a new remote control.

Not only that but the unit was faulty from the start - it would start up with the channel number displayed then a few hours later, the channel number just disappeared and to get it to display again the set had to be shut down and restarted.

Now 2 years later, the unit just shut down and will not reload.

Thus I am now out $180 and need a replacement unit.

Hence that is the last I will purchase from Harvey Norman Co.
