I ported my 084 no from Cell c to Vodacom a few years ago - with no problems. Later in 2010 I became uncontactable and unable to make calls for long periods every day - and was forced to end my Vodacom contract in order to keep my 084 number. I ported back to Cell C with ease in April and am on Cell C prepaid, pending a contract. On 12 April 2011 I signed a contract with Cell C Canal Walk. When I enquired 5 days later I was told 'we must have thrown your papers away" . I then signed a contract at Cell C Bayside on 18 April - and after a few weeks gave up. They have not said my credit is bad or indeed anything at all - they simply dont process the paperwork - or do not have the handsets they offer! I have written to Telltrevor.co.za and my e-mail is acknowledged - but nothing has happened! I phoned Cell C in N1 City - they say they have very few handsets to offer! They waste thir money advertising contracts they cannot process!
