I'm one of the few people I think who actually got a replacement phone from this AWFUL "insurance company." Of course, only because I was actively mugged and the thugs ran off w. my phone. I had to supply my own police report, submit it twice, AND call them 6 or 7 times to get anything done - BTW, their real number is 1866-654-5590, not whatever is listed on the website - you will never hear anything back from that answering machine.

When my claim was finally approved they did send me a new phone - obviously refurbished and a bit slower to load then my old one. However, I think my perseverance got them angry, as not even a month later they just outright CANCELED my "membership" - and it hasn't even been 6 months.

Pure and simple, these folks are a scam. Just google their name and see how many complaints they come up with. DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THEM - they operate through companies like letsgotalk.com and other online 3rd parties. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
