Terrible service!! Very accommodating on the phone but their followup sucks. My order came fast but their catalog did not distinguish between the various models of MotoQ phones and as such I ordered the wrong cover for my phone. I shipped it back as instructed with a promise of a refund back to my card. This never happened and to this day I still call/email with the promise of a check coming my way. Ain't happening!!
Now their email contact address does not work, my email has been returned to me, their west coast number does not work and they're not answering the phone today.
I think I just got screwed. Never again by them.
If you're reading this as was a good decision to, don't use these people. You're taking a chance.
