i ordered some cell phones online they charged my cc and then they told me they were out of stock after 2 weeks of waitning for delivery of items, then i tried calling them to cancel to ghet my refund and emailing them without no results the i was told they would send to claims department for refund and no results i put a complain to better business bureu but never got a refund, then i found out that i wasn;t the only one the have scammed, cellular blowout are crooks and the have diffrent websites, and the go by different names so beware before you place a phone order, best to order from china, , i have ordered frm china and those chinese are very honest and very good service . so thats why america is going down to many tiefs thast take peoples hard earning money, tiefs crooks
