We purchased a cellularone on 2002, soon we got home it didn't work, we have to go outside to talk sometimes we cant talk at all. So after a couple a days we trying to take it back, they told us to try one more time, so we did, nothing it dont work at all. So we finally took it back, after that i got a bill from them, it cost $199.00. So that's okay and i paid them payment for $50.00 a month. When my balance is $164.04, i call and paid it on the phone, and that's march 30, 2002. So i dont owe them money unless they rip you off. Today i received a bill for $200.72 came from RETRIEVAL MASTER CREDITORS BUREAU INC. I try to call them but nobody answer except the recording, and i follow that also, nothing. So what can i do?
