I wish I had checked this website before trying product. Now I want to return product before 30-day trial expires so my card is not charged. After days of trying at different times of the day and different phone numbers, I cannot get through. Message always says lines are busy, try again later. Website says company will not accept returns without RAM code on product, and that customer service must be called to receive that number. ??? I sent email requesting further instructions, but now that I have read all these complaints, I am going to return product (paying extra for return receipt signature) without the RAM code and change my credit card number at my bank so that I don't get charged.
