I ordered a free trial product.I was to pay only$1.95 shipping and handling.I was charged &41.85.Icalled the company to request my money refunded to me.The operator said I was charged for 2 other products that are to be used along with the product I ordered.I stated I never ordered any other products.The operator told me the products are on the order form and are already checked.She said I should have removed the chek marks if I didn't want the products.She said my money will only be refunded to me after I receive the product and return it to them again,
