On November 16th, I ordered a movie "Centennial" It was supposed to be shipped that day & I was supposed to receive it by today or tomorrow. I just called their number & they told me it was shipped on 11-27 & that I was supposed to receive it on 11-27. They also were only supposed to take $100.58 out of my account & took out $107.72.

I really doubt that I'll receive my merchandise or a refund. What can I do. The email addresses they provide are not good. They come back to you.
