they make it impossible to return their products because they want you to get an RMA # before you return their merchandise. Which is impossible because you can not talk to anyone in their customer care dept. to be able to get a RMA#. In the mean time they just keep charging you credit card. If someone with the customer care dept. could please have a concious and do the right thing and at least e-mail me a RMA# . and stop the charges on my credit card. I want to stopped being ripped off. The economy has hurt us already. No one needs this. I just want to return the product and have my credit card credited. There may be someone who is interested in a class action suit againt cantral coast nutraceuticals. This seems to be a standard business practise with ccn, and there are thousands of people who have been ripped off by them.
