I issued the same complaint against the Fulfillment Center in Largo, FL..which obviously distributes Acai Pure and carries out this scam.

I ordered a "free!!" trial of Acai Pure & was to pay only $4.95 shipping. They sent Hoodie water & gum, which I then had to send back. About a month later, they finally credited me for that, but it was $5.95 less than what it should have been (I guess that's the re-stocking fee). But, before they issued the credit, there were 2 more charges on my credit card for products that I did not received at all. Now, 12/22 I received one bottle of Acai Pure for which they charged my credit card $44.90 on 11/27. There is one other charge dated 11/11 for which I never received product.

These people don't answer the phone # given (888-692-8352) and have not responded to my 12/17 e-mail. If anyone has had success in getting out of this scam, please e-mail me...Jean @ [email protected].
