I ordered the free trial, but was not given full advertised time to return it ( because I didn't like it) before they started billing my credit card for monthly automatic shipments. I never opened any shipment and returned them to sender, but was not refunded for all shipments. They claim that they didn't get all the shipments because they turn away all shipments that come back "return to sender", ( according to the rude and sarcastic customer rep Kevin that I spoke with). So, I am stuck paying for product returned to them, which I'm guessing they just sent to the next gullible sap.
