acai pure trial
I ordered aciapure, supposedly for $4.95 shipping and handling only. Received gum and water not ordered, but my card was charged for $44.85. Cannot get an answer from customer service. I want to return the unordered stuff but cannot get an answer to emails or customer service. Please help!

Charged items I did not order
I ordered a free Acai Pure Trial bottle for the cost of shipping, $4.95 and was sent the trial bottle plus a Hoodiburst gum for $9.95 and a Hoodiawater for $29.95. I am returning ALL the products an making a phone call after I finish this complaint. This is just plain old bad business and a royal rip off.

Scam
I ordered a product that was supposed to be endorsed by
Oprah Winfrey, Acai Pure.
The ad said try a sample of Acai Pure, free, only pay
shipping and handling on first bottle. I received the product and then my credit card was charged $39.95 for the "sample" and then another charge of $44.90 two weeks later.
I immediately called them and, after several attempts to reach them, told them I wanted a refund. They said if I would send the second bottle back (which I have not received) they would refund the amount of the product ($39.95) but not the shipping - AND, I would have to pay to ship it back to them. They would not refund the first charge for the product that I did not return (free sample?). The person I talked to also said I should have read the ad more carefully, supposedly it said that if not satisfied you needed to return the product within 15 days or they would charge you for it. I do not recall the ad saying anything about that. Return a free sample???
This is false advertising.

Fraud on your part
What does it take to get through to you that I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCTS. I ordered your trial offer and you took it upon yourselves to order products for me that I DO NOT WANT. What sense does it make to order a product that I have'nt even had a chance to try. I cannot chew gum so why would I order it. I have gone to the library to use their computer and I find that you have charged me AGAIN for PRODUCTS I DO NOT WANT. I have tried to contact you by phone and just keep getting hung up on. I am a senior citizen and on an extremely limited budget. It is hard for me to get to a computer so PLEASE work with me to solve this or I will have no choice but to contact the attorney general. You say on your invoice that I need a return merchandise authorization number from Customer Care. How can I do this when I can't get in tough with you. Unfortunately your company needs to be included on the lift of "rip-off companies" Again I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to buy groceries much less products that I cannot use. HELP HELP HELP

Ordered Acai Pure Free Trial Offer
i ordered a free trial of Acaopure on September 10Th 2008 and was supposed to be a $4.95 shipping cost to be sent in 2-3 bussiness days on Friday September 27Th 2008 I emailed them and told them I have not received my trial offer, The emailed me back on Saturday September 28Th 2008 with a apology stating due to over popularity they would extend my trial period. I received the products on Saturday September 28Th that afternoon and was sent to products that I didn't authorize for purchase and a bill for $44.85 I was only to be billed $4.95 for shipping and handling. I have tried to call this company for 3 days and have no luck getting through I think this is a scam and want a refund on my crdit card they have very specific return instructions and I feel I have to go out of my way to return products I did not authorize them to send and also be charged a 15% restocking fee. Can someone please help me on how to correct this messed up problem. Thank you very much

charged for items not ordered
I ordered a free trial of Acai Pure from this company and was only supposed to pay for SH. They sent me two items I did not order and charged my credit card $44.85. They are not answering the phone nor email messages. I have read dozens of complaints from other people and will go the the BBB to file a complaint.

sent and charged for unordered items
I ordered a FREE sample of AcaiPure and was asked to pay shipping of $4.95. I was sent 2 other products that I did not order and my card was charged $44.85. How does a company have the BALLS to just through in unordered products and charge you for them. Is this not aginst the Law. I have called and disputed the charge with my card co. I expect a refund A.S.A.P. of
#39.90 and I refuse to pay a restocking fee for items I did not order.
I will return the unwanted items as soon as I can get an RMA #.
Does that come from you, or do I have to continue calling and not be able to get through to a human. The very fact that you had to install an e-mail address to handel this type of complaint should tell you that your business practice's SUCK.

fraud - scam
This is the second email I have sent you regarding the order of Acaipure. STOP DELIVERY OF THIS PRODUCT! The charge ($39.95) appearing on my credit card for 9/16/2008 needs to be reversed immediately. I asked for a free trial before and I was scammed by your company. Okay, fine... I will eat that one. BUT I never authorized continuing payment and you are violating my rights. If my charges are not reversed immediately, that is by COB on 9/22/08, I am calling my credit company and informing them of your scam. I will not pay for additional shipment or product period and that includes the one you billed me for on 9/16/08. I am very concerned about your marketing practices, but you should have listened to me when I complained the first time. I have contacted my attorney and am ready to pursue this further. DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN. REVERSE THE CHARGES FOR 9/16/2008 by COB on 9/22/2008 or I'm reporting you as a scam company to my credit card.
