Fit Factory
I purchased a trial offer of ACAIPOWER for shipping cost and I did not read the small print. So they have charged me on my check card. That was my fault. I did try to call and cancel any future orders or charges but was on hold for more than a hour. I sent them a email to cancel but I am not sure that will work. This company has given my check card info to FIT FACTORY who has now charged me 29.95 for no service provided. I have been to other web sites were people are getting charged from both companies. I am going to file a complaint against fit factory also. The complaints on the other web site are recommending people to cancel there check card or credit cards as these companies will continue to charge you.

rip off rip off
I ordered the product for $4.95 and as I was hitting submit, noticed that 2 boxes were checked on the page and then found my debit card was charged $44.95. I called and was told that once an order was submitted that I had to wait to get the product and then ship it back in order to get any money back. It also said I would receive the product in 3-4 business days. 2 weeks later I called and had to wait 90 minutes to speak with someone and was told that my order had been shipped. I emailed the company a few times and it said I would get a response in 24-48 hours- good thing I didn't hold my breath because I didn't get a reply. 2 weeks after that I finally received the product. A few days later I had a charge to my debit card of $29.95 from some other company that they had given my bank information to for some weight loss program. They were nice enough to refund my money in 2 business days back to my account. The next day I had another charge from central coast for $39.95. I called and the wait time said it was 30 minutes and it ended up being an hour. The ever so "friendly" girl on the phone said there were only 3 of them there and she said I needed to send the first shipment back to get any of my money back. I proceeded to tell her to refund my second withdrawel now and she told me that maybe I needed to wait another hour on hold so I could get myself together and as I said, "don't talk to me like that and don't you dare hang up on me, " I was hung up on. That's okay, I'm off of work on Friday and have 8 hours to harrass them.

Fraud - Received and charged for Items not ordered
I ordered a trial product of acai and pomclear. Was only supposed to pay shipping and handling. Received other products that I didn't order and because I didn't read the very fine print (had to return in 15 days - but had to call the 888 number first) - was charged 44.95 twice. I called today to return the item and had to wait over an hour to get a live person on the phone. I forgot to get the RMA number - so now I have to start all over again.

Un-authorized charges on Credit Card
I Authorized $15.90 off my Credit Card for 1 month trial offer + The Hoodiburst Gum. That was all! Order# 1567239. My account was charged the $15.90 11-10-08 twice and an additional $44.90 on 12-15-08. I did not authorize the $44.90 amount. I do not want anything further from this company other than to have. My $44.90 put back onto my Credit Card immediately. I'm assuming that this is not the first time this has happened according to the recent stories that I have been reading. I have my attorney on stand-by along with the BBB. So someone needs to take care of this problem today or soon as I will take this further because this is fraud. There was no mention of additional monies being deducted.

over charged, sent products not ordered
I ordered a trial product form Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc.
I was to pay only postage of $4.95. When the order came there were two other products in there which they charged me for. If I want to return them I have to call an 888 number and get a verification return merchandise number. I called and there was a 20min.30 sec. hold time. Now I am being charged $44.95 for this trial order. Plus I will be charged a 15% restock shelf fee for the two items I did not order. Acai Pur Trial
I ordered Acai Pure Trial free only to pay for shipping of 4.95. I recieved a package with Hoodiburst gum for 9.95 and hoodiawater for 29.95 which I did not order and a bill charged to my credit card for 44.85. Now this new month I was charged another 44.90 for nothing shipped to me. Their customer service phone number does not answer. I want to cancel all of this, send it back and have the charges removed from my credit card.

Charged for items not ordered
In early November I took advantage of a free offer on the internet for Acai Pure which supposedly can be used to lose weight. The only cost was to be $4.95 shipping for which I used my American Express credit card. I never received the "free" item in question.
On Thursday, December 11th I received my most recent American Express statement and noticed the $44.85 charge which I immediately questioned because I had received nothing and I certainly DID NOT order anything for $44.85.
The very next day, on Friday, December 12th, I received a package from Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. which contained three items along with a sales receipt. I was very upset at this company's way of doing such questionable business as I only ordered the "free" item and expected to only pay $4.95 for shipping.
The Customer Service section on the sales receipt indicates that the item may be returned for credit on my credit card less the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. I definitely DO NOT WANT these products and want to return them as soon as possible and I do not expect to pay the $4.95 shipping and I certainly WILL NOT pay a 15% restocking fee for something I did not order.
I am shocked at this company's deceitful business practice which to me border on fraud.

I purchased acai pure trial for free and end up getting two other bottles charging my account for $44.85 in oct. then they charge my credit card for two more shipments i did not order . they are very hard to get ahold of. im very mad, i want my money back.

Acai pure trial
I am dissatisfied with this order that I received in Oct.. I ask for Acaipure trial. I received hoodiwater and gum costing me $44.85. Then I received another shippment in Nov. and was told today by representative, after holding on for ONE HOUR, that another shippment is on its way for december. Please take me off automactic shippment. DO NOT send me anymore shippments. The representative hung up on me, didn't give me a required delivery confirmation and a RMA number from customer care. Please send me what I need to send items back.

acaipure order
i ordered the acaipure because it was free and only had to pay for rhe shipping. i recieved the pills hoodia water and gum. i did not want these items. then they billed my credit card for another bottle of acaipure which i did not authorize them to do so. i do not want this product and ypu cant get through to stop them from sending it.
