Iwas charged for items I did not order
I ordered a trial supply of Acai and nothing else and was sent two other items and charged $44.85. I tried calling them and got an automated answer saying wait time would be at least 90 minutes to talk to someone. The paperwork states that you need a return merchandise authorization number to retunt items and then you'll be charged a 15 % restocking fee. I would say they have agood rip off scam going on.

overcharge
I ordered Acai Pure Trial and received two products I did not order. I was over charged by 39.95$. I do not appreciate getting this extra product that I was charged for. It is very inconvenient!

Acai Pure trial, hoodiburst gum, hoodiawater
I ordered Acai Pure Trial (free trial with a $4.95 shipping fee) When I received this order there was a hoodiburst gum(charge $9.95 ) and hoodiawater 1 unit (charge 29.95) I was told if I did not want them they could be returned unopened at my expense for shipping PLUS a 15% restocking fee. This has to be against the law. I have tried the 1-888-692-8352 phone number provided but, of course, there is a constant busy signal. I will be reporting this to every government agency available for fraud. I will not even chance trying the original free sample sent for fear I will be charged for this at some time as well.

not what I ordered
I ordered a bottle of AcaiPure Trial for the total amount of $4.95 for postage and got 2 other products, Hoodidburst Gum for $9.95 and Hoodiawater 1 unit for $29.95 for a total of $44.85 charged to my credit card. I did not order these other products and am sending all back unopened for a credit. I am calling my credit card company to protest this charge and want my card credited upon receipt of this merchandise. If not, I am calling the better business bureau and reporting that this is a scam of good faith.

Charge I did NOT authorize to my credit card
I asked for the FREE 30 days supply of AkaiPure for only $4.99 shipping & handling. Central Coast in turn sent me 2 additional products I DID NOT order and had the audacity to charge me $44.90 for them. Just the other day another bottle of AkaiPure arrived at my house and Central Coast AGAIN charged my credit card without my permission. I want to be reimbursed the $44.90 for BOTH shipments. I also don't think it's right that they wanted me to return the 2 products I DIDN'T ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE, pay shipping & handling charges PLUS a 15% handling fee for something I DID NOT order! Why should I do it for this new AkaiPure when I DID NOT reorder the product!!! I am calling the Better Business Bureau AND my credit card company and have both of them fight for me. I shouldn't have to put up with this kind of s**t!!

Want to return, but still tryin to sell it to me.
A representative from company disrupted my cancellation ordering, then tried to sell me some more of the product. When already i had advised the rep. that i was not intrested. Then asked the rep. if she had tried the product, still avoided the answer, just wante to sell me more product for cheap rate. Then advised rep. at the end of the conversation, would contact customer care for lack of info. Represenative name was "Kathy", not very good at communication skills, especially giving correct answer's!!

Misrepresented and not delivered
Same as everyone else!!! Asked for trail for shipping only. Received three items and were charged for the other two. Received them and paid for them, but ordered no more. Then was charged for a refill of the free one which I did not order. And it never came, but I had to pay for it on my credit card. I can't reach them by telephone because so many people are complaining. Don't know how to stop this fraud? Regards and wish for some help, Mary

Unauthorized charge for product
I asked for a sample of one of their products and when it arrived, two Hoodia products were included along with a charge to my VISA of $44.85. I have no idea where they could have gotten my credit card number because I did not use it when requesting the free product.

unauthorized materials sent
cancelled an order two months ago because of unauthorized use of credit card, two days ago I recieved a product from this company that was not even ordered and put on the credit card and the phone is put on holding times of 50 minutes or more--this company should be reported to the authorities
