I went on line and ask to be sent a free trail no risk order of acai berry. I received the bottle with no charge but also in the package was charged for hoodia water and gum. I cannot use those products and no where on the web site did it say anything about that or the charges. Now my credit card has been charged on two different occasions for products that I did not order. When I try to call they say there is a wait time of 70 - 80 minutes . I have stayed on the line and they never answer even in that amount of time. I want my credit card fixed and the charges taken off. I DID NOT ORDER any of those products except for the free trial offer which was $4.95. PLEASE HELP ME. I DO NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY AND THIS IS A TRUE SCAM. IF I HAVE TO GET MY LAWYER OR THE BBB I WILL!!

On 12 November, I registered for 1 free bottle of AcaiPower Cleanse, to be charged $6.95 for S&H only; my American Express card was charged $44.85. Today is 21 November and I have not received the product, but the bigger issue is that my American Express bill came yesterday and had a charge on it from Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. for $44.85. When I went back into the www.acaipowercleanse.com website, and went to the Customer Service link, it took me to the Central Coast Nutraceuticals website.

I contacted American Express immediately to report a fradulant charge on my credit card and they were very aware of this company doing business like this. I was advised to send Neutraceuticals an email immediately cancelling my order and requesting a full refund, and to not accept any shipments from them. American Express investigation department further advised me that they have received many complaints about this company's practices and they informed me that I will probably get another charge on my account for another $39.95 in teh near future, because what I ordered was not truly a free, 1-bottle offer. It was a subscription to a membership, whereby the product would be shipped to me on a regular basis, without my request, and I would continue to receive future charges.

Fortunately, American Express will not hold me responsible for these charges, but this is fraudulant and needs to be stopped.

I ordered a trial bottle of Green Tea Extreme for 1.00 and I recieved extre items I did not order but was charged the amount of
$45.85. I cannor reach anyone by phone, they are always busy. My next month statement, I was charged $38.95 again for product I did nor order and again I cannot reach anyone by phone. They offered me a refund of $20.00 If I would keep the product
they sent to me . I did not accept because I wan't the full amount refunded on both charges. I will keep writing these complaints until I recieve both refunds.

I ordered a FREE trial at a cost of 4.95 for shipping. My credit card was charged for 44.85. I was shipped products that I DID NOT order. When I called to question my refund the representative was EXTREMELY rude. I explained my situation & she said that it was all stated in the "TERMS & CONDITIONS" fine print on the website. But, I told her that it also stated on the website that you would receive a FULL refund if you were not completely satisfied within 30 days. I realize I'm only asking for about 6-10.00 dollars back, I was on hold for 1 hour and the representative was RUDE and told me that there was nothing she could do, told me it was only 6.00 dollars and I should "GET OVER IT". Her name was Jesse and she would not provide the name of her supervisor and told me that she and another representative had already wasted 8 minutes on the phone with me and then HUNG UP on me. I just can't believe in this economy that customer service would be this BAD!

I keep getting packages in the mail----products I did not order and do not want.
