After I ordered Acai Pure, I found out from people online that they were having problems with being over charged and even after they cancelled their account.
I received my free trial of Acai Pure on Saturday, November 9, and decided that I will mail it back because of what I read from others. Now I am worried that they will overcharge me. I am going to mail it back tomorrow, November 12. The Sales Receipt that I received from them says that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Also that returned merchandise requires a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider and an RMA number from Customer Care. How are we suppose to get that number? I have emailed them twice and have heard no reply from them. Also I tried calling and I keep getting a busy signal. I do believe this is a scam.
Of course, now Acai Pure, has my credit card number, but I did notify the credit card company via email what I thought about this scam and I heard back from them right away. I decided to email Central Coast Nutraceuticals once more and I CC it to the credit card company. I have ordered lots of things online and never had a problem like this before.
I hope that I don't keep getting charged.

Oprah endorsed a product called the Acai Pure Trial -- next thing I know, I am billed for products that I did not order (but because I did not click "off" 2 other products, I ordered them by default). Then I ordered another trial product and now they are billing me for additional bottles which I did not order. It hit my account today as pending and says: CHECKCARD 11/10 CCNNUT RA 8886928352 AZ I tried calling that (apparent) phone number and get a signal like the phone is off the hook.

I sent an e-mail to the customer service address above on October 29, but another bottle of the product was charged to my credit card and sent out on November 9. I had tried to call the customer service number many times, but could never get through. Today I stayed on hold for almost an hour and finally got to talk to someone, who was rude and said he knew nothing about the e-mail, because that was "another department." I wish I had googled this company before I did business with them. Lesson learned!

THIS COMPANY SENT PRODUCTS THAT I DID NOT ORDER AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THEM AND THEY KEEP ON SENDING THE PRODUCT.

I ORDERED A SAMPLE OF ACAI PURE WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE ONLY SHIPPING CHARES OF $1.98 AND THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $41.85 they have sent another shippemen, which i did not order and charged my account$44.98

Originally told I would only have to pay for shipping; there has been unauthorized charges to my checking account. Whenever you call the toll free phone number you only get a voice mail.
