Acai Pure Trial
I, apparently like so many others, ordered a trial size of Acaipure, shipping cost $4.95. Acaipure was to be free. I rec'd the Acai but also with Hoodiburst gum and hoodiwater which I did not order or want. I did manage to reach them by phone and was told to return the gum and water to above address which I did on 10/20/08. I was billed $44.85 for this and requested that my credit card be credited this amount. Today I received a billing for my credit card for the amount fo $44.85. Please advise how I get this amount off my credit card or if I will be refunded the $44.85. Thank you.

unauthorized
On 9/22 I ordered 1 bottle of the Acaipure from them.
NO MORE only that. On 10/22/08 they took it upon themselves to charge my credit card without my PERMISSION.
this is criminal and illegal. I just called my credit card and put a dispute on it. I am returning the bottle, unopened, certified mail return receipt requested.
they 're not getting away with illegally using my credit card. This is just like stealing my credit card.

charged for items not ordered
I ordered a free trail of Acai Pure and was only supposed to pay $4.99 postage and handleing. When the package arrived it had Hoodiburt Gum and Hoodiawater at $9.95 and $29.95 neither of which I ordered. They were only authorized to charge the $4.99 to my credit card. Now I have to pay to send it back plus 15% restocking fee. How can they charge me for items I never ordered?

Scam
I ordered diet products on a trial basis and did not give them my credit card number. They sent me the products and charged my credit card $41.85. I have repeatedly tried to reach them by e-mail and phone, to no avail. I want my money refunded.

Fraud- sent and charged for items not ordered.
I too was sent two products I DID NOT order, and was charged for them. My only recourse seems to be mailing them back at my expense, and hoping I'll get reimbursed. The email address they direct you to in the literature that came with the package was not real.

Charged for products not ordered
I ordered a "FREE SAMPLE" of AcaiPure. When the shipment arrived it included two unsolicited items:
HOODIBURST Gum for $ 9.95 and
HOODIAWATER 1 unit for $29.95 plus $4.95 shipping that was charged to my credit card.
Not until I checked on the internet, I found out that this company is a scam and they are charging for unsolicited items.
