I received product I didn't order. I only ordered free trial. I didn't ask for a monthly refills.

I ordered a trial offer for shipping only of $4.95 and was promised that no additional charges or costs would be forthcoming unless I ordered additional supplies. I have received nothing and have been charged twice for product that I have not received. The trial of the product that I did receive did not do anything for me. It's worthless. This company should be brought down.
