On 8/31/08 I ordered a trial of acaipure through an email I received for only $4.95. They sent me to extra items that I did not order and the total came to $44.85. When I called, they said simply send it back using the return lable enclosed and they would refund me. I mailed it on 9/9/08 which I have the postal receipt for. On my October credit card statement, there was no refund. Instead, what I got was a charge on 9/20/08 for another bottle of acaipure which I never received and a third charge on October 5, 2008 for another bottle which came in the mail the same day as the credit card bill.

I never agreed to continue this order nor was I informed that this would be a continuing item. As of right now I am in the hole for about $100 and it was only supposed to be $4.95.
