I was sent a trial size of colpure for $1.00 trial offer for 1 month supply. Was charged 5.95. First I do not believe the charge was 4.95- I have been trying to call the company to get an RMA# so I may return the merchandise for a refund and also so I will not be shipped anymore of this product. It made me so sick I was in the bed for a week. When you try to call their cust. svc # the hold time is anywhere from 59 min to 36 in. I just want an RMA# so I return this product for the full refund of 5.95 and I also want to return it with them paying the shipping cost. To no avail I have I been able to get in touch with anyone. My time is just as valuable as theirs-who has time to wait fo 1 hr on the phone-Cindy Smrzlick
