I've tried to contact by phone and e-mails no response.By phone 1888 692-8352 the message is at all times a 77 minute wait to talk with a rep.in the sales receipt, in order for returns you must have RMA number from customer care.So how do you get a number when nobody from this company will get back to you in time for the return date?
