I am constantly being billed for merchandise that I have never received from my bank a/c. This complaint was filed with the above company on 11/08/08. Never received a confirmation number. Have one form internet complaint 517eo, letter received on 11/08/08, with order #1494023. Called the firm had a waitng for response time for 180 minutes. When will my complaint be satisfied in the amount of $44.94. I am still being billed ex. 12/07/08 in the amount of $39.90. REFUND HAS TO BE POSTED NOW.
