I applied for my free offer and have been billed twice on my credit card and only received one shipment. I have tried to call the 888-692-8352 number and have been put on hold for as long as 82 minutes and some seconds. Then no one ever came on the phone. I need to cancel shipment and get credit for the other two billings.
