I have been dealing with this co. since 11/26/08.To date I still have not received my REFUNDS back.I have called numerous times & seem to always get a run around. now, saying they haven't received the product back that I returned.What a crock. 12/08/08 was the day a supervisor gave me my much needed RMA#...still no refund.It's now 1/27/09 and they're now telling me to give them a tracking # for the return package..WHAT... its one more excuse to not refund my $$59.95, plus shipping, and another $39.95(this doesn't include the bank charges).They did offer me $20, just to drop it!!I don't think $20 is worth the pain and aggrivation that they have caused me or the $$$.I since have learned never to buy any product over the line.My very 1st experience was horrible and WILL NOT put myself through that again!!I have been putting in coplaints with every organization I can think off!!If there is something else out there to legally do please let me and all the others taken from this company know!!!
