I ordered trail sample, received product and found out that I could not use it. Contacted customer services and cancelled future shipments. Customer Service rep gave me a cancellation confirmation number. However, when reviewing my checking account, they have made a transaction on my account for $39.95 in October. I attempted to contact and clear up matter. But no one answers the phone at that number.
